Questa informativa, resa ai sensi degli articoli 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003, descrive come vengono trattati i dati personali di chi visita il sito lysachain.com (il "Sito").

Non è stato nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati: per le dimensioni dell'attività e la natura dei trattamenti non ricorrono i presupposti dell'art. 37 GDPR.
I sistemi del fornitore di hosting (Vercel Inc.) registrano automaticamente indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser e sistema operativo. Servono a erogare il Sito, garantirne la sicurezza e individuare abusi.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse del Titolare al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del Sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Conservazione: per il tempo tecnico previsto dal fornitore, di norma non oltre 30 giorni, salvo necessità di accertare illeciti.
Il Sito usa gli strumenti statistici di Vercel, che non impostano cookie e non tracciano i visitatori tra siti diversi: contano visite e prestazioni di caricamento in forma aggregata, generando un identificativo giornaliero non riconducibile alla persona.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a misurare l'uso del Sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR), secondo le indicazioni del Garante sugli strumenti statistici che non richiedono consenso.
Solo se lo accetti nel banner, il Sito carica Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), che usa cookie per misurare visite, pagine viste e provenienza in forma aggregata. L'indirizzo IP viene troncato da Google prima della memorizzazione.
Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocabile in ogni momento dal link "Cookie preferences" nel piè di pagina.
Conservazione: i dati di Analytics sono conservati da Google per 14 mesi; i cookie durano fino a 2 anni.
Il Sito incorpora, a tua richiesta, player e contenuti di YouTube (Google), Spotify e SoundCloud e le anteprime audio di Apple Music. Nulla viene caricato finché non li avvii e non acconsenti nella finestra che compare: a quel punto il fornitore riceve il tuo indirizzo IP e può impostare i propri cookie, secondo la sua informativa (vedi la Cookie policy). Le miniature e l'elenco dei video sono invece serviti dal Sito stesso, senza che il tuo browser contatti YouTube.

Se scrivi a info@lysachain.com trattiamo il tuo indirizzo, il nome e ciò che ci comunichi per rispondere alla richiesta (informazioni, booking, collaborazioni).
Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR) o legittimo interesse a rispondere (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Conservazione: fino a 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto; più a lungo se ne nasce un rapporto contrattuale, per i termini di legge.
Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo. Senza i dati di navigazione il Sito non può essere erogato; senza il consenso alle statistiche e ai contenuti di terzi il Sito funziona comunque, ma i player non vengono caricati.

I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti per finalità di marketing di terzi.
Vercel e Google possono trattare dati negli Stati Uniti. I trasferimenti avvengono verso società aderenti all'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea del 10 luglio 2023) e, in subordine, sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione (art. 46 GDPR). Puoi chiederne copia scrivendo al Titolare.
Ai sensi degli artt. 15-22 GDPR hai il diritto di ottenere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e di opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse. Puoi revocare il consenso in ogni momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento già svolto: per i cookie usa il link "Cookie preferences" nel piè di pagina.
Per esercitare i diritti scrivi a info@lysachain.com. Rispondiamo entro un mese, prorogabile di due mesi nei casi complessi.
Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il GDPR hai il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma; www.garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del Paese UE in cui risiedi.
Il Sito non è rivolto a minori di 14 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente i loro dati. Se un genitore ritiene che un minore ci abbia inviato dati, può chiederne la cancellazione all'indirizzo sopra.
Il Sito è servito solo tramite HTTPS, non contiene aree riservate né moduli di raccolta dati, e adotta intestazioni di sicurezza (Content Security Policy) che limitano i domini da cui possono essere caricati script e contenuti.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed: given the size of the business and the nature of the processing, Article 37 GDPR does not apply.
The hosting provider's systems (Vercel Inc.) automatically log the IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. They are needed to serve the Site, keep it secure and detect abuse.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: for the technical period set by the provider, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
The Site uses Vercel's statistics tools, which set no cookies and do not track visitors across sites: they count visits and loading performance in aggregate, using a daily identifier that cannot be traced back to a person.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring use of the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), in line with the Italian DPA's guidance on statistics tools that need no consent.
Only if you accept in the banner, the Site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which uses cookies to measure visits, page views and traffic sources in aggregate. Google truncates the IP address before storing it.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Retention: Google keeps Analytics data for 14 months; the cookies last up to 2 years.
At your request the Site embeds players and content from YouTube (Google), Spotify and SoundCloud, and audio previews from Apple Music. Nothing loads until you start them and allow them in the dialog that appears: at that point the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy (see the Cookie policy). Video thumbnails and the video list are served by the Site itself, so your browser does not contact YouTube for them.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you write to info@lysachain.com we process your address, name and whatever you tell us in order to answer (information, booking, collaborations).
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: up to 24 months from the last contact; longer if a contract follows, for the statutory periods.
Providing data is optional. Without browsing data the Site cannot be served; without consent to statistics and third-party content the Site still works, but the players are not loaded.

Data is never sold or passed on for third parties' marketing.
Vercel and Google may process data in the United States. Transfers go to companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and, failing that, under the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can request a copy from the controller.
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out: for cookies, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
To exercise your rights write to info@lysachain.com. We reply within one month, extendable by two months in complex cases.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome; www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
The Site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. A parent who believes a child has sent us data can ask for its deletion at the address above.
The Site is served over HTTPS only, has no restricted areas or data-collection forms, and uses security headers (Content Security Policy) that limit the domains scripts and content can be loaded from.
The Site is owned by Gaia di Chittaro Elisa. Its contents (text, images, logos, music) are protected by copyright; release artwork is published with the permission of the respective labels. Any dispute concerning the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Udine, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-forum rules.
